Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered production or shipped. Personalized or custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or returns. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
